Spike TV’s eighth annual “Video Game Awards” aired on Saturday night and we’ve got the winners, game news and the trailers that premiered during the show. Neil Patrick Harris hosted the show and here are the winners:

The 2010 “VGAs” featured thirteen exclusive world premieres, including “Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception” (coming Nov. 1, 2011), “Batman: Arkham City” (Hugo Strange is the villain!), “Resistance 3” (coming Sept. 6, 2011), “Thor: God of Thunder” (May 3, 2011) and “Most Anticipated Game” award winner “Portal 2.” You can watch the trailers for these and more below!
It was also revealed that “Mass Effect 3” will have a Holiday 2011 release, that Kratos will be a new playable character in “Mortal Kombat” (April 2011), “Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” is coming Nov. 11, 2011, “Forza Motorsport 4” hits stores in Fall 2011, “SSX: Deadly Descents” is coming next year, a New York-set “Prototype 2” is coming in 2012, and Guillermo del Toro is working on horror game “Insane” for 2013.
