Paramount Plus Schedule October 9-15: New TV Shows & Movies Being Added

Paramount Plus‘ new TV and movie releases for October 9-15 include Frasier, the documentary Painkiller: The Tylenol Murders, and the reality TV game show, Raid the Cage Season 1.

Starting on October 10, viewers can stream the documentary series Painkiller: The Tylenol Murders, produced by WBBM Films and CBS Chicago. This series will use hours of exclusive archival footage to take viewers back in time to four decades ago to the moments when a murderer laced Tylenol pills with Cyanide and caused the deaths of seven people living in the Chicago area. This documentary will reveal the identity of the mysterious killer and also showcase interviews with the few remaining witnesses to the crimes nearly 40 years later.

Then on October 12, viewers can see the highly anticipated revival of the 1990s Frasier comedy series. According to actor Kelsey Grammer, who plays the protagonist, Frasier Crane, the series will be the third act of the story of the character and will take place in Boston, which was where Frasier was first introduced in the Cheers TV series as opposed to the primary setting of Seattle in the original Frasier show.

Finally, on October 13, viewers can stream the reality game show Raid the Cage, which is based on the Israeli show of the same name. This show will be hosted by Damon Wayans Jr. and will see two teams face off in a two-face-off to grab-and-go prizes from the Cage before their time runs out and the door closes. The teams can buy additional time by answering trivia questions correctly.
