This isekai fantasy adventure TV show is an adaptation of the light novel series My Instant Death Ability Is So Overpowered, No One in This Other World Stands a Chance Against Me!, written by Tsuyoshi Fujitaka and illustrated by Chisato Naruse. The plot follows Yogiri Takatou and his classmate, Tomochika Dannoura.
Yogiri is a seemingly ordinary boy but secretly possesses the ability to kill anyone at will. He and others in his school bus are transported to another world by Sage Sion, a mysterious figure. They soon discover how dangerous their new circumstances are when Sion murders the adults and leaves the students who don’t demonstrate any special powers behind. This prompts Yogiri and Tomochika to work together to survive in this harsh world.
