All deaths in Dune: Prophecy Episode 4 explained
Dune: Prophecy Episode 4 features the demises of nobles and Evgeny (Mark Addy).
Nobles: Emperor Javicco Corrino commands Desmond Hart to kill the nobles. He accuses them of using the banned technology, Thinking Machines, leading to the nobles being executed. Initially, Empress Natalya asks Desmond to arrest all of the accused and gather them at the Landsraad.
Further, the Emperor asks Desmond to do the job. In front of the crowd, he kills the men with his powers. His brutal act served as a demonstration of the Emperor’s power and control, and how he won’t tolerate anyone going against his rule and leveraging forbidden practices.
Evgeny: Valya’s relatives know that a cruel plan is in the works for her to return and reconnect with them. This is because they are aware of her selfish nature and how she doesn’t really like her family. Evgeny, who clearly hates Valya too, tries to ridicule her for returning to the family for her self-centered intentions. However, his comments don’t sit well with Valya, who does the unthinkable. She speaks against her uncle, revealing how much hatred her family members hold towards her and how they lack the ambitions and bravery to put any plan into action.
She then gives Evgeny a painful death. She takes away his inhaler and leaves him to suffer a slow and agonizing death.
