The singer’s trip to the medical establishment came just days after her last Eras Tour show and one day prior to her 35th birthday. Upon her arrival, the 14-time Grammy winner connected with several admitted kids, with one particular interaction catching the eye of her fans.

On December 12, 2024, the “Bad Blood” singer surprised the residents of Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, with an unannounced visit. Taylor Swift went on to have a wholesome encounter with one of the patients, which has since gone viral via a TikTok video.
In the said snippet, Swift meets up with a young boy named Brennan. The latter can be seen performing an original acapella piece from his bed to honor the artist’s presence. In response, Swift dances gleefully to the tunes before appreciating the kid’s talent by saying, “Oh, that’s amazing, actually. The rhyme scheme was really good there.”
Swift then goes the extra mile to boost the boy’s confidence and states in the TikTok video, “He knows what he’s doing. It’s good, the ad-libing is great. He’s like, ‘I see bacon in front of me, I’m gonna go with it,” as per Parade.
Brennan also attempted to come up with a nickname for the veteran musician, and Swift called him “cool” for his efforts. At one point, the whole room could be heard cheering for the acclaimed singer.
