Coming soon from Lionsgate Home Ent.
It arrived with a whimper and went out that way, too. Perhaps its DVD presence will bode better for After Dark’s second wave of Horrorfest titles. According to Amazon, Lionsgate will release all “8 Films to Die For” on March 18th. And if history repeats itself, expect all participating films to be released separately and in a box set (just like the first wave).
After Dark’s Horrorfest 2 opened November 9, 2007 in 323 theaters pulling in a domestic take of roughly $874,635. Yes, we’re talking the thousands, not millions. Films included Borderland, Tooth and Nail, Crazy Eights, Unearthed, The Deaths of Ian Stone, Nightmare Man, Mulberry Street and Lake Dead.
