It’s officially Bigg Boss season and actress Priyanka Chopra made sure to wish her cousin Mannara Chopra who joined the Bigg Boss 17 house as a contestant.
Mannara’s elder cousin sister, Priyanka Chopra, is rooting for her. The actress took to her Instagram stories to share a picture from when she had won the Miss World title. The photo shows a young Mannara hugging Priyanka. The actress wrote, “Throwback to little @memannara. Good luck little one .”

Mannara Chopra joins Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 17 as contestant
Bigg Boss 17 premiered on ColorsTV on October 15, 2023, and via digital stream on JioCinema. Salman Khan is hosting the series for the fourteenth time. The trailer for the show revealed some popular names, all set to compete for the season’s title.
Even though the reality TV show has not completed its first week yet, it is already making headlines. Host Salman Khan introduced the first contestant, Mannara Chopra, at the grand premiere of Bigg Boss 17. She was also one of the contestants to receive special powers from Bigg Boss.
Inside the Bigg Boss house, Mannara Chopra recently broke down in tears and had an anxiety attack. She claimed that the other housemates have been continuously asking her about her family, knowing she is cousins with actresses Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra.
The theme of the season is ‘Dil (heart), Dimag (mind), and Dum (soul),’ and this is how the house is divided. This season’s Bigg Boss house has several new and exciting features as well, such as the Archive Room. This room is a comprehensive library with footage from every episode of the current season.
The contestants of Bigg Boss 17 are actress Ankita Lokhande with her husband, Vicky Jain, alongside other couples, including Isha Malviya-Abhishek Kumar and Neil Bhatt-Aishwarya Sharma.
Actress Mannara Chopra, comedian Munawar Faruqui, and criminal lawyer Sana Raees Khan joined journalist Jigna Vora. Navid Sole is also a part of the show as an international contestant with actors Rinku Dhawan, Feroza Khan, and Soniya Bansal. Bigg Boss 17 also has an ensemble of YouTubers Sunny Arya, Arun Srikanth, and Anurag Dhobal.
