Despite facing tough competition, Teja Sajja’s HanuMan shows no sign of stopping in terms of box-office collection. After a slow start, HanuMan has seen a quadruple increase in earnings compared to its first-day collection. According to the latest reports, the film has already crossed the mark of $8.6 million (approx.), undoubtedly indicating it to be a blockbuster hit this year.
However, HanuMan is encountering stiff competition from other blockbuster hits like Captain Miller, Merry Christmas, Naa Saami Ranga, and Guntur Kaaram. The simultaneous release of these films in theaters left the audience in chaos.
The story of this movie centers around Hanumanthu, who is infamous in his village. He has an elder sister who earns a livelihood through manual labor. The story takes an unexpected turn when Hanumanthu discovers a gem filled with Lord Hanuman’s blood, and it becomes a source of supernatural abilities inside Hanumanthu’s body.
Meanwhile, Michael, who earlier wanted to become a superhero, turns into a villain later. In search of superhuman abilities, he meets Hanumanthu, leading to various twists and turns in the movie. The film sends shivers down the spine of the audience through its VFX and BGM.
