Following the theatrical release of Naa Saami Ranga on January 14, 2024, Nagarjuna is now gearing up his next film. Naa Saami Ranga hit the big screens on the occasion of Sankranti. At the success event of the film, Nagarjuna revealed that his next movie will also come out during the Sankranti 2025 period.
Directed by Vijay Binni, Naa Saami Ranga was produced under the banner of Srinivasa Silver Screen and Annapurna Studios. Aside from Nagarjuna, the film also stars Allari Naresh, Raj Tarun, Ashika Ranganath, and Shabeer Kallarakkal. Made on a budget of $5.4 million, the film has a runtime of 2 hours and 30 minutes and has obtained a rating of 5.8/10 with 457 votes on IMDb.
As per the trade website Sacnilk, the film has currently earned around $4 million at the worldwide box office collection. Moreover, in India, the film has collected an amount of around $3.4 million.
Naa Saami Ranga actor Nagarjuna confirms release on Sankranti 2025
Recently, the makers of Naa Sami Ranga organized a success event that saw Nagarjuna making a statement about meeting everyone again on Sankranti 2025. If the news becomes true, the upcoming film by the actor will allegedly mark the 100th film of his career.
Meanwhile, megastar Chiranjeevi is also preparing to release his upcoming film, Vishwambhara, next year on Sankranti. Directed by Mallidi Vassishta, the film will be released in Telugu. Given the circumstances, Nagarjuna’s upcoming project will probably clash with Chiranjeevi’s Vishwambhara.
In other news, Chiranjeevi has recently been honored with the prestigious Padma Vibhushan at the Padma Awards 2024.
