The Killing Vote is all set to air a new episode on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 9 p.m. KST on SBS. The series follows the story of a mysterious figure called the Gaetal (with a dog mask), who conducts surveys via text message to decide whether criminals must undergo the death penalty. The citizens vote for the same, and if it is in favor, then Gaetal executes the penalty himself.
SBS released several photos of the upcoming episode of The Killing Vote. The pictures seem to indicate that Kim Moo-Chan (Park Hae-Jin) and Joo Hyun (Lim Ji-Yeon) arrest Kwon Suk-Joo (Park Sung-Woong) and Kim Ji-Hoon (Seo Young-Joo). Although it indicates an end to the death penalty vote and the subsequent murders, there is still more to the story. In another photo, Kwon Suk-Joo wears the dog mask once again.
Park Sung-Woong and Seo Young-Joo get captured in The Killing Vote episode 11
In the previous episode, Kim Moo-Chan tries to bring Lee Min-Soo back to life after Kwon Suk-Joo almost kills him. Suk-Joo is the mastermind behind the death penalty vote. He has been waiting to kill Min-Soo after he found out that the latter was an accomplice in his daughter’s murder. However, now that Moo-Chan has saved Min-Soo, it will be interesting to see what happens with Suk-Joo.
Meanwhile, Joo Hyun also captured Kim Ji-Hoon in the previous episode. The latter created the voting system as well as handled the Gaetal group. Ji-Hoon’s identity was a mystery, with the police calling him “Unknown X.” He is also friends with Joo Hyun’s younger sister, Joo Min, which makes it more difficult for Joo Hyun to arrest Ji-Hoon.
As per the new photos released by SBS, it looks like both Moo-Chan and Joo Hyun successfully capture Suk-Joo and Ji-Hoon, respectively. Joo-Hyun even cries while arresting Ji-Hoon, indicating her difficult predicament. Moo-Chan is seen leaving the scene, while Suk-Joo has his hands tied and is escorted by a fellow policeman to the car.
Another set of photos indicate that Suk-Joo’s Gaetal story is not over yet. He is wearing the dog mask once again, presumably for one last mission. As to how he reached that stage, viewers will have to tune in to find out. Meanwhile, Joo-Hyun has a tense phone conversation and follows someone into the dark.
As per a report by Soompi, the production team teased a big plot twist in the upcoming episode. They said, “In the upcoming 11th episode, Kwon Suk-Joo and Kim Ji-Hoon will get arrested by Kim Moo-Chan and Joo Hyun. However, this will not be the end of the national death penalty vote. There will be a thrilling and explosive plot twist….”
To see what happens next, watch The Killing Vote on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 9 p.m. KST on SBS.
