Perfect Marriage Revenge episode 12 picks up from where the previous episode left off. Do-Guk and Yi-Joo rejoice with the news of her pregnancy, and they plan to share the news with the family soon. However, their revenge journey is still ongoing. Do-Guk discovers that his brother, Jung-Wook, had tried to commit suicide while in prison. While he was taken to the hospital, he disappeared. Do-Guk senses foul play and immediately runs to his house to look for Yi-Joo.

Meanwhile, Jung-Wook reaches earlier and kidnaps Yi-Joo.
