My Demon Episode 11: 5 Things To Expect in Song Kang, Kim Yoo-Jung’s Story

Popular K-drama My Demon is all set to air its much-awaited Episode 11 on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 10 p.m. KST on SBS. The episode will also be available to stream later on Netflix. The series follows the story of chaebol heiress Do Do-Hee (Kim Yoo-Jung), who enters into a contract marriage with the demon Jung Gu-Won (Song Kang). Although the two sign the contract for their own reasons, they eventually fall in love with each other.

Episode 11 of My Demon didn’t air last week, owing to the SBS Drama Awards that aired on December 29, 2023. Two new episodes will be released this week on Friday, January 5, and Saturday, January 6, 2024. The upcoming episode will document major revelations about the demon’s past life and its connection with the existing characters, including Do Hee-Hee. Meanwhile, a threat to their lives isn’t completely out of the picture.

Here are 5 things you can expect from My Demon Episode 11.

Do Do-Hee & demon Jung Gu-Won share romantic moments

Episode 11 of My Demon will feature romantic moments between Do Do-Hee and demon Jung Gu-Won. The previous episode saw the demon rescuing Do Do-Hee from the fire. Their ritual was successful as the tattoo shifted back from Do-Hee to the original owner, Gu-Won. The demon defied God’s plan and helped both him and Do-Hee live. Now that things seem back to normal, the married couple will continue their love story.

Is Noh Do-Gyeong dead?

In the previous episode, Noh Suk-Min tortured his son Noh Do-Gyeong with a hot iron stick. The latter, in desperate need of getting his father’s attention, attacked Do-Hee. He rammed his car into the shop at the gas station where Do-Hee stopped to buy cards. His car caught on fire and subsequently, the entire shop was in flames. The last viewers saw of Noh Do-Gyeong was when he was trying to get out of the car. It is still unclear whether he died or not, but his fate will be revealed in episode 11.

Joo Seok-Hun collaborates with Noh Suk-Min

Do Do-Hee’s only ally in the family, Joo Seok-Hun was the most concerned in episode 10 about her safety. After discovering the demon’s identity, he rushed to save Do-Hee before he was too late. The gas station was already up in flames. But he was relieved to see Gu-Won bringing Do-Hee out safe and sound. However, this doesn’t mean that Seok-Hun has changed his perception of the demon. In the upcoming episode, he will collaborate with Do-Hee’s stepbrother Noh Suk-Min to eradicate the demon and save her. But is that his real intention? Only time will tell.

Jung Gu-Won continues to see his past life

After his demonic powers were shifted to Do-Hee, Gu-Won had become a human. Not only did he have human-like emotions, but he also began dreaming more about his past life. In the recent episodes, he called out to a woman named Wolshim. Now, even after he has regained his tattoo, he will continue to see memories of his past life and the woman. While the identity of the woman is still unknown, it is clear that it has a connection to Do-Hee. In a preview clip, he asks God for the answers. God thinks that Gu-Won still wants to be human.

Will the secrets behind the painting come out?

Since the beginning of the series, the painting has been a constant reference to the incidents occurring in both the demon Gu-Won and Do-Hee’s lives. The painting sees two women wearing traditional clothes and holding a sword. At this point, viewers guess that the two women have been Do-Hee and Jin Ga-Gyeong. The upcoming episode will continue to surround itself with the painting, with viewers potentially gaining more clarity behind the same.

To see how Gu-Won and Do-Hee’s journey unfolds, don’t forget to tune in to My Demon Episodes 11 & 12 on Friday, January 5, and Saturday, January 6, 2024, at 10 p.m. KST on SBS and later on Netflix.
