Known for her successful roles in dramas like Extraordinary Attorney Woo and Castaway Diva, the actress has been reportedly offered to play a lead role in the upcoming series. If confirmed, Park Eun-Bin will reunite with Extraordinary Attorney Woo director Yoo In-Sik for the drama.
The B Team is a story idea by late comic book writer Stan Lee. A K-drama adaptation of this story idea was announced almost six years ago. The series will follow the story of flawed individuals with superpowers who cannot control their unique gifts on their own will. The exciting storyline and Park Eun-Bin’s possible casting have definitely raised viewers’ expectations.

On Tuesday, April 23, 2024, Star News reported that Park Eun-Bin will play the lead role with an interesting storyline in the upcoming superhero K-drama The B Team. The series follows the lives of a set of individuals with superpowers who cannot control them the way they like to. The concept is based on Stan Lee’s original IP, pitched six years ago, and marks the birth of Asian superheroes.
Meanwhile, Park Eun-Bin’s agency Namoo Actors told iMBC Entertainment, “The B Team is one of the works that Park Eun-Bin is currently considering (reviewing).”
The Star News report offers more insight into Park Eun-Bin’s supposed character in the series. The actress may play Eun Chae-Ni. She is the hardworking, polite, and intelligent granddaughter of a restaurant owner. However, as time passes, she becomes immature. Chae-Ni does not hesitate to take risks, leading to multiple issues.
The B Team is a large-scale global project, directed by Yoon In-Sik. The director is famous for creating successful dramas like Extraordinary Attorney Woo, Vagabond, and Dr. Romantic series. Writer Kang Eun-Kyung will once again collaborate with In-Sik as creators after working together on Dr. Romantic. Meanwhile, Heo Da-Joong will write the screenplay for the series.
