The hit time-slip K-drama Lovely Runner is all set to air episode 13 on tvN this May 2024. The previous episode of the series ended on a heartbreaking note. The trailer for the upcoming episode displays Ryu Sun Jae (Byeon Woo Seok) and Im Sol (Kim Hye Yoon) heartily enjoying their date in an amusement park. Sun Jae says they should come again to the amusement park together in the future.
The Lovely Runner episode 13 trailer further shows that, after returning from Danpo-Ri, Sun Jae realizes that Sol has lied to him. She has pretended to have returned to the future to keep him safe from the vicious criminal Kim Young Soo. Thus, Sun Jae becomes quite flustered and worries about Im Sol’s safety as she is in Danpo-Ri.
In the meantime, in Danpo-Ri, Sol seems to be getting into danger as Kim Young Soo has also arrived there. She calls the police detective, who is Kim Tae Sung’s (Song Geon-Hee) father, for help. At the end of the trailer, Im Sol is seen running away from the criminal. She calls Sun Jae’s name, and Sun Jae’s voice is also heard right after that. The trailer ends with Sol being in the future. She says that maybe she and Sun Jae should not have met at all from the beginning.
