The Atypical Family Episode 7 Trailer Teases Jang Ki-Yong’s Heartbreak After Learning Chun Woo-Hee’s Truth

 JTBC recently shared The Atypical Family episode 7 trailer, featuring Jang Ki-Yong as Bok Gwi-Joo and Chun Woo-Hee as Do Da-Hae. The fantasy romance K-drama tells the story of a woman getting entangled with a family with magical powers.

In the previous episode, Gwi-Joo discovered a past connection with Da-Hae. Earlier, the latter pushed him to marry her, but now he stepped back. Meanwhile, Gwi-Joo wanted to marry her and managed to do so. However, Da-Hae couldn’t stand hurting him on the wedding day and thus called off the wedding. She revealed that she was fake and wanted to scam the Bok family.

The trailer of episode 7 teases Gwi-Joo’s heartbreak after Da-Hae leaves him high and dry on their wedding day.

The Atypical Family episode 7 trailer: Will Jang Ki-Yong stop using his powers after the heartbreak?

The Atypical Family episode 7 trailer begins with Gwi-Joo returning to his loner self after the heartbreak. He narrates, “You were the only one I could reach in the past. I can only go back to the times I spent with you.”

He further states that Da-Hae is the only one who can see or touch him when he travels to his past moments. Da-Hae, too, is sad as she says, “I can see him. I can even touch him. I am not sure why. It’s all over now.”

The video further shows Gwi-Joo tearing their marriage contract. He promises himself that he will not use his powers to return to the moments he spent with Da-Hae.

Episode 7 of The Atypical Family will air on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. KST on JTBC. The fantasy romance K-drama will also be available to stream on Netflix.
