Wonderland, the sci-fi Korean movie starring Bae Suzy and Park Bo Gum, premiered in theaters in South Korea on June 5, 2024, earning much critical acclaim. Now, international audiences have been waiting to know if the movie will soon be available online on any streaming platform.
Although Wonderland is currently unavailable to watch online, it is scheduled to debut on the global streaming platform Netflix. Reportedly, on October 22, 2020, Acemaker Movieworks, the film’s distributor, signed an agreement with Netflix. Hence, the movie will air worldwide on the streaming service, but it won’t be available to stream in two countries.

Per Star News Korea, Park Bo Gum and Bae Suzy’s Wonderland will be available for streaming on Netflix all around the globe, except in South Korea and China. However, the release date of the movie on Netflix is yet to be revealed.
The movie centers around an artificial intelligence technology named the same. It allows its users to establish communication with their loved ones who have passed away with the help of an artificial video call system. It portrays the story of a flight attendant, Jeong In. She uses Wonderland to talk to Tae Joo, her boyfriend, who is in a state of coma. Wonderland also depicts the story of a mother, Bai Li, who uses the service to communicate with her late daughter.
Directed by Kim Tae Yong, he and Min Ye Ji have written the film’s script. In addition to Park Bo Gum and Bae Suzy, the cast list of Wonderland also includes Tang Wei, Choi Woo Shik, Jung Yu Mi, Gong Yoo, and more.
