TWICE’s Dahyun shared new pictures of her filming her upcoming Korean movie, You Are The Apple Of My Eye. The movie, starring Dahyun and Sweet Home’s Jung Jin-Young as leads, is a Korean adaptation of the 2011 Taiwanese romance film of the same name. Earlier in June 2024, the two lead actors announced their appearance in the movie by sharing pictures from set on social media. Recently, Dahyun also shared more pictures, teasing her character in the film.
You Are The Apple Of My Eye documents the journey of two individuals with contrasting personalities who gradually grow closer and fall in love with each other. The Taiwanese film also had a Japanese remake in 2018. The Korean adaptation is garnering significant attention due to the star-studded cast and the romantic storyline.

Upcoming Korean movie, You Are The Apple of My Eye, follows the journey of a group of friends, who all have a crush on the same girl named Seon-Ah (Dahyun). The latter, meanwhile, remains focused on her studies. However, one day she crosses paths with troublemaker Jin-Woo (Jung Jin-Young). He falsely claims to not have feelings for Seon-Ah but ends up falling in love with her.
On Monday, July 8, 2024, TWICE’s Dahyun shared pictures of her character Seon-Ah on her Instagram account, garnering a massive response her fans. The K-pop member and actress shared three pictures, all of which show her character Seon-Ah focused on her studies. Seon-Ah writes notes and pays no heed to a classmate crouching beside her. Amidst the chaos in the school, Seon-Ah only has eyes for her books.
Dahyun’s fans flooded the comment section with excitement and anticipation of her role. As per Screen Daily’s report, the movie is slated for a 2025 release. Meanwhile, Dahyun is also gearing up for her acting debut in the sports film, Sprint. Stay tuned for more updates.
