Seventeen is making a comeback in 2024 with a brand-new album. The K-pop thirteen-piece confirmed the release date of their new album, Seventeen The Best ’17 Is Right Here.’
All thirteen members of Seventeen-S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino reunited on the stage of their Follow Again concert in Seoul on March 30 and 31. The group surprised fans by announcing their comeback plans. Group member Hoshi also discussed Seventeen’s plans to make two comebacks this year.

K-pop chart topper Seventeen will release their new album Seventeen The Best ’17 Is Right Here’ on April 29 at 6 p.m. KST/ 5 a.m. ET/ 2 a.m. PT. The group confirmed the date of their upcoming album through an animated concept teaser.
The animated teaser is a unique tribute to Seventeen‘s past releases. According to reports, Max Dalton, famous for his original illustrations for the movie The Grand Budapest Hotel, worked on the latest Seventeen animated teaser to bring together the montage of their previous albums.
The pre-order for Seventeen’s new album started on April 1 at 11 a.m. KST/ March 31 at 10 p.m. ET. Fans can choose between two physical versions of the album, Here and Hear. Both versions will contain a photo book, an archiving book, a lyric book, team photos, a CD, a folded poster, a photocard set, and a random photo card.
Meanwhile, Seventeen made their last comeback in 2023 with the EP Seventeenth Heaven. The eight-track EP garnered praise from fans for being cohesive while incorporating surprising elements throughout the album.
The upbeat EP gained over 4.5 million sales worldwide. In South Korea, it surpassed over 5.2 million pre-orders, breaking the previous record of Stray Kids for 5-Star. It also sold over 98,000 copies in the United States, ranking two on the Billboard 200.
After Seventeen’s new album is released in April, the group will continue their Follow Again tour in May. In September, the group will also perform at Olympic Park at Lollapalooza 2024 Berlin.
