HiDive announced (via Anime News Network) on Thursday that the live-action film based on the School-Live! manga will land on the service next week.

The film will arrive on HiDive on November 18, 2021, at 12 p.m. EST in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, Nordic countries, the Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal.
The film is an adaptation of the hit manga series, which sees members of the School Living Club forced to try and survive after a zombie outbreak. “In this live-action adaptation of the smash-hit anime series School-Live!, members of the School Living Club must use whatever resources they can find at school to survive the ravages of a zombie outbreak—but not all of the club’s members are aware of the undead danger lurking just around the corner,” reads the official synopsis of the film.

The film opened in theaters in January 2019 and was written and directed by Issey Shibata. The film was most notable for featuring a cast full of members of subgroups of the idol group Last Idol, including Nanami Abe, Midori Nagatsuki, Wakana Majima, and Rio Kiyohara.
