Ending Things is a spec script from Kevin Sullivan, which is being likened to 1994’s action-comedy True Lies starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jamie Lee Curtis. It will be produced by Davis Entertainment, Lit Entertainment, Inspire Entertainment, and Mackie’s Make It Gravy Productions.
“In the film, a hit-woman who wants out of the assassin business tells her ‘business’ partner that she’s ending their personal relationship as well,” reads the synopsis. “But she comes to realize she doesn’t want to end that part of their bond. In order to survive the breakup – and their last job together – they must join forces for one last night out.”

Mackie gained worldwide recognition for his role as Sam Wilson/Falcon in Marvel Studios’ The Infinity Saga films. He starred in last year’s Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, where he officially takes the mantle of Captain America, which he is expected to reprise in Captain America 4.
Chopra Jonas is no stranger to the action genre as she first starred in ABC’s Quantico which ran on air for three seasons. She recently starred in The Matrix Resurrections, and will next be seen in Amazon Studios’ global event series Citadel from the Russo Brothers.
