Now that the movie has ended its theatrical run, the Thor: Love and Thunder Blu-ray release is approaching.
In a few weeks, Marvel Studios fans can comfortably watch Thor’s clash with Gorr the God Butcher at home. The fourth installment in the Thor franchise has seen the return of some pivotal characters like Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster, in addition to introducing new ones into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
When to Watch Thor: Love and Thunder on Blu-Ray
The Thor: Love and Thunder Blu-ray release is set on Sept. 27. The movie will also be available on 4K Ultra HD and DVD. The domestic release will include brand-new bonus features, including audio commentary by director Taika Waititi, deleted scenes, and more.
“Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder finds the God of Thunder (Chris Hemsworth) on a journey unlike anything he’s ever faced – one of self-discovery,” reads the synopsis. “But his efforts are interrupted by a galactic killer known as Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who seeks the extinction of the gods. Additional cast includes franchise alums such as Jaime Alexander as Sif, Waititi as Korg, and Guardians of the Galaxy stars like Chris Pratt’s Peter Quill, Karen Gillan’s Nebula, Sean Gunn’s Kraglin, and Vin Diesel’s Groot.
