ComingSoon is excited to debut the exclusive Into the Deep clip from Saban Films’ newest survival thriller. The film is now playing in select theaters and is now available to rent or own on digital platforms.
“This action-packed thriller follows modern day pirates on the hunt for sunken drugs kidnap a boat of tourists and force them to dive into shark infested waters to retrieve the contraband!,” reads the film’s official synopsis.

Who is in the Into the Deep clip?
The video introduces Jon Seda (Selena, The Pacific) as Jordan Devane, the captain of a group of modern day pirates. The cast also includes Richard Dreyfuss as Seamus, Callum McGowan as Gregg Branham, Scout Taylor Compton as Cassidy Branham, Stuart Townsend as Daemon Benz, Maverick Kang Jr. as Pierre, Tom O’Connell as Chason, Tofan Pirani as Apache, Lorena Sarria as Itsara, and more. This marks Dreyfuss’ latest shark project, after five decades since the theatrical release of Steven Spielberg‘s iconic 1975 thriller Jaws.
Into the Deep is directed by Christian Sesma from a screenplay co-written by Chad Law and Josh Ridgway. The creative team also consist of director of photography Niccolo De La Fere, editor Eric Potter, composer Andy Fosberry, and stunt coordinator Jakkrit Kanokpodjananon. It is produced by Chad Law and Daemon Hillin also serving as producers. In addition, the film has also received an R-rating from Motion Picture Association for “bloody violence and language.”
