Oscar-winner Steven Soderbergh has cast porn star Sasha Grey as the lead in his upcoming feature, The Girlfriend Experience.
The low-budget drama, currently shooting in New York, chronicles the life of a high-price call girl and is part of Soderbergh’s six-film deal with multimedia entrepreneur Mark Cuban.
The movie was written by Ocean’s 13 screenwriters Brian Koppelman and David Levien and will be released by Magnolia Pictures.
