Snake Eyes is the ninja commando best known for his deadly ability with a sword and trench knives. However, he is also a highly skilled martial artist who can be just as dangerous unarmed. In the upcoming G.I. Joe spinoff, a tenacious loner is welcomed into an ancient Japanese clan called the Arashikage after saving the life of their heir apparent. Upon arrival in Japan, the Arashikage teach Snake Eyes the ways of the ninja warrior while also providing something he’s been longing for: a home. But, when secrets from his past are revealed, Snake Eyes’ honor and allegiance will be tested – even if that means losing the trust of those closest to him.
The film stars Henry Golding (Crazy Rich Asians) as the titular ninja assassin, Andrew Koji (Warrior) as Storm Shadow, Iko Uwais (The Raid, Stuber) as Hard Master, Samara Weaving (Ready or Not) as Scarlett, Úrsula Corberó (Money Heist) as Baroness, Peter Mensah (300) as Blind Master, Haruka Abe (Cruella) as Akiko, Takehiro Hira (Lost Girls & Love Hotels) as Kenta, and Steven Allerick (The Expanse) as the father of Snake Eyes.
