Well Go USA Entertainment has released the first You Gotta Believe trailer, previewing the upcoming underdog family baseball drama starring Luke Wilson and Greg Kinnear. The movie is slated to premiere nationwide on August 30, 2024.
The movie is based on the true story of the Fort Worth, Texas, 2002 Little League World Series team; the Cinderella run the team goes on throughout the tournament and the team’s rallying around a teammate’s ailing father.
You Gotta Believe is directed by Ty Roberts from a script co-written by Roberts (12 Mighty Orphans) and Lane Garrison (The Divorce Party). Alongside Wilson (The Royal Tenenbaums) and Kinnear (Little Miss Sunshine), You Gotta Believe also stars Sara Gadon (Dracula Untold), Molly Parker (Deadwood), Patrick Renna (The Sandlot), Lew Temple, Etienne Kellici, Connor McMahon, Blake DeLong, and Jacob Soley.
