Paramount has released the first trailer for Noah, the new film from Darren Aronofsky starring Russell Crowe as Noah, based on the Biblical story of Noah’s Ark. Aronofsky co-wrote the screenplay with Ari Handel, whom he collaborated with on The Fountain, and it was later revised by Academy Award-nominated screenwriter John Logan (Gladiator, Hugo).
In a world ravaged by human sin, Noah (Crowe) is given a divine mission: to build an Ark to save creation from the coming flood. The film co-stars Finn Wittrock, Douglas Booth, Dakota Goyo, Logan Lerman, Ray Winstone, Kevin Durand, Marton Csokas, Anthony Hopkins, Emma Watson and Jennifer Connelly. Noah is set for a March 28 release date. Check out the trailer directly below.
