The popular Thai GL series The Secret of Us returned with episode 4 on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. ICT on Channel 3. Starring Lingling Sirilak Kwong as Fahlada and Orm Kornnaphat Sethratanapong as Earn, the storyline sees the former flames reunite after their devastating breakup in the past.
Episode 4 of The Secret of Us sees Bow and Tan discussing the problem solving itself as Eng and Earn’s video goes viral. The former says Earn will finally stop bothering Lada. Tan then says that he’ll never forget how their friend almost lost herself because of Earn. Assuming Earn has a partner, Bow agrees and says Lada “can now move on instead of going in circles.” Afterward, Lada is unable to focus at work as she is bothered by rumors about Eng and Earn.
Lada goes to a bar, while Engfah sends Earn a photo of the former after spotting her drinking alone. Earn then asks her to share the location and adds that she’ll join her. Meanwhile, Engfah approaches Lada and asks why she’s there alone. The former then tells her that Earn will be there soon. Engfah adds that she asked her not to come since she had just been discharged, but “she wouldn’t listen.” Lada then gets up and says she’ll go to a different bar. However, she’s forced to stay after Tan arrives and insists on not going elsewhere. Following that, Lada continued to drink alcohol uncontrollably. Tan tries to stop her and says she’s had enough. He asks the bartender not to give her more before going to the restroom.

Then, at the bar, as a woman approaches Lada, Earn gets there and interrupts the two. She then stops the doctor from drinking more, as Suzie adds, “She’s wasted,” and it would be dangerous to leave her alone like this. Earn tells her she’ll handle Lada and asks her to join Engfah. The former then takes her home. Meanwhile, Suzie tells Tan to clear his friend’s tab when he returns from the restroom.

Lada kisses Earn after getting home; however, the latter breaks it because she’s drunk. Furthermore, when Earn looks after Lada, the latter caresses her cheek and initiates a kiss again. As the former can’t hold back anymore, the two get intimate and spend the night together. The following morning, Lada finds Earn next to her in bed. The former then tries to leave before the latter wakes up, as she regrets her actions. However, Earn catches Lada before she can leave and asks her to stay. After the latter refuses, the former questions the night before. Earn then tries to stop Lada from leaving by kissing her.
While Lada and Earn kiss deeply, Suzie arrives and interrupts them. Afterward, Earn reveals to the latter that she used to date the doctor. The former continues and shares that they met four years ago when she went to study abroad. Earn then adds that they broke up because she dumped Lada. However, she wants to patch things up because she regrets the decision. When Suzie asks if she’s back in a relationship, Earn replies that she isn’t, as Lada is still mad at her. The latter continues, “She might have just slept with me because she was drunk.”
Lingling Kwong and Orm Kornnaphat make each other jealous
As Suzie asks about Engfah, Earn answers that nothing is going on between them. Previously, when Engfah approached Earn, she revealed she was in love with Fahlada. After Earn told the former about the breakup, Engfah said she’d help her get her love back. Furthermore, Earn continues shooting at the hospital. Later, Engfah and Suzie jump in after Earn’s co-actor, Ratee, slaps her harshly during a scene rehearsal. Afterward, Engfah orders coffee for Earn to make Lada jealous. Meanwhile, Ratee joins Lada as they go for lunch together. Later, Engfah and Earn arrive at the same restaurant.
Afterward, Earn and Ratee get into an argument and insult each other. On the other hand, Engfah tells Lada she’s trying to pursue Earn. Following her fight with Ratee, Earn returns drenched in water as Engfah takes her home. Furthermore, Lada goes to Earn’s house, saying she forgot her phone. The latter then asks the former to stay.
