Anna Kendrick and Paul Feig Reunite for Anthology Series Love Life

According to The Wrap, Anna Kendrick is reuniting with her A Simple Favor director Paul Feig for the romantic comedy anthology Love Life, which will debut on the upcoming WarnerMedia streaming platform.

The 10-episode series will, per the report, follows “the journey from first love to last love, and how the people we’re with along the way make us into who we are when we finally end up with someone forever.” The series will focus on a new character in each season, “with each half-hour episode telling the story of one of their relationships.”

Kendrick will star in and executive produce the series, marking the latest in a long line of projects the actress has lined up on her schedule. The others being Noelle, in which she plays Santa Claus’s daughter, the TV series Human Discoveries, the sequel Trolls World Tour, Stowaway and Dummy.

Creator Sam Boyd will produce the anthology series alongside Feig and Jessie Henderson of FeigCo Entertainment. Boyd will also direct the pilot based on his own script.

The last time Kendrick teamed up with Feig, the duo produced A Simple Favor, co-starring Blake Lively. That film ended up grossing $97.5 million in the United States off a $20 million budget and received favorable reviews, amassing an 85% score on RottenTomatoes.
