This is certainly an intriguing project and perhaps the only upcoming Star Wars series from Disney that sounds different from all the rest. Could this mean we’ll see Darth Tenebrous or Darth Plagueis make their live-action debuts?
Headland is an exciting choice to shepherd the series. Her writing credits include the aforementioned Russian Doll, Sleeping with Other People, About Last Night, Bachelorette and the TV series Terriers. She has also directed episodes of Almost Family, Black Monday, Russian Doll, Heathers, and SMILF.
