According to a recent report from One Take News and That Hashtag Show, the release date for Disney’s highly anticipated series Moon Knight is coming sooner than expected.

The report notes that Moon Knight is set to be the first Disney+ series set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to release in 2022, and will premiere on March 30, 2022. Of course, this date is subject to change and should be taken with a grain of salt, but if it does end up releasing then, that could place the ending of the series as arriving just before Marvel’s next big film, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
The report also mentions that the first official trailer for the series “isn’t far off,” and should be arriving sometime soon ahead of the premiere.
Marvel Studios’ upcoming Disney+ series Moon Knight will feature the introduction of Golden Globe winner Oscar Isaac in the titular role of Marc Spector, which marks the iconic superhero’s live-action debut and is expected to be featured in future MCU films.
It is being written and developed by head writer Jeremy Slater (The Umbrella Academy). The episodes are directed by Egyptian filmmaker Mohamed Diab and Synchronic duo Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead. In addition to leading the series, Isaac is also serving as an executive producer. The series also stars Oscar nominee Ethan Hawke, Gaspard Ulliel, and May Calamawy.
