Caulfield is no stranger to the world of Marvel Studios, nor is she a stranger to the world of WandaVision. Caulfield previously appeared in WandaVision as Dottie, the neighbor to Wanda Maximoff and someone who many people once theorized was actually a villain in the series. Of course, that wasn’t the case, but Dottie’s story isn’t over just yet.
The upcoming series will star Kathryn Hahn, who appeared in WandaVision as Agatha Harkness, a witch that eventually was revealed to be the main villain of the Marvel Studios series. Hahn’s portrayal in the series was also praised, with the actress even going on to be nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie.

Not too much is known about the upcoming spin-off series, but it is being described as a “dark comedy.” Following the events of WandaVision, which saw the Agatha Harkness persona trapped inside the “Agnes” persona that Hahn played for most of the series, it’s also unknown if this new series will continue the threads left in WandaVision or simply show more of Harkness’ past, which was also teased in the series.
