A new Star Wars short could be coming to Disney+ as early as next week, if a recent note from an international Disney+ turns out to be correct.

Fans on the Star Wars Leaks subreddit (via Star Wars News Net) recently found an image from the official Disney Plus Italy account, which previewed what to expect in the upcoming week of November 7, 2022. On that list was something called Star Wars Zen – Grogu and Dust Bunnies, which was slated for release on November 12, 2022.
While fans were quickly excited for what appeared to be a brand new short starring the now fan-favorite character, it’s unknown exactly what this will be. While some have theorized it’s an entirely new original short, some have also assumed that it will be nothing more than an ambient sound musical video, which Disney has made several of in the past, including with 2020’s Zenimation series, which featured soothing sounds accompanied by classic animated Disney movies. Star Wars also took part in a similar concept, releasing Galaxy of Sounds in 2021, giving fans a chance to listen to some of the more iconic Star Wars sounds without any dialogue or music.
Whatever Star Wars Zen – Grogu and Dust Bunnies will be, fans won’t have to wait too long, with the short apparently coming out next week. The highly anticipated third season of The Mandalorian also recently wrapped production, which is set to continue the adventures of Din Djarin (Pablo Pascal), a Mandalorian warrior. Pascal’s character also recently appeared throughout the Disney+ series The Book of Boba Fett.

The Star Wars series is led by Pedro Pascal as a lone Mandalorian gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy. Before the new season, Pascal’s Din Djarin previously appeared in last year’s The Book of Boba Fett spin-off.
