Netflix has finally dropped the official trailer for the upcoming seventh and final season of Grace and Frankie. The last 12 episodes of the hit comedy-drama series will be available for streaming on Friday, April 29.
The video continues to highlight the seven-year friendship of the titular comedic duo, as they deal with further family drama, memory loss, and a dire prediction that becomes a matter of life or death.

Grace and Frankie hails from Friends producer Marta Kauffman. It stars Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Sam Waterston, Martin Sheen, June Diane Raphael, Brooklyn Decker, Baron Vaughn, Ethan Embry, and Peter Gallagher
The series centers around “two women whose lives are turned upside down when their husbands reveal they are gay and leave them for each other. Both sparring partners and partners-in-crime, Grace and Frankie form an unlikely and unbreakable bond and face their uncertain futures head-on, hand-in-hand,” says the synopsis. “Together with their ex-husbands and children, they discover the true definition of ‘family,’ with laughter, tears, and plenty of mood enhancers along the way.”
Season 7 will also feature Grammy winner Dolly Parton in a guest-starring role, which will mark her long-awaited reunion with Fonda, and Tomlin, after over 40 years since starring together in the classic comedy film 9 to 5.

Grace and Frankie is executive produced by Marta Kauffman, who also produced Friends, and Howard J. Morris (Home Improvement), who are serving as showrunners. Fonda, Tomlin, Paula Weinstein, Robbie Tollin, Hannah KS Canter, Marcy Ross, Dana Goldberg, David Ellison, and Bill Bost are executive producers.
