Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League only got a tone-setting trailer at the last DC FanDome and now Rocksteady Studios has revealed some more footage of the cooperative title at this year’s FanDome, as was expected.

The trailer doesn’t reveal any gameplay, but does show the four anti-heroes, Amanda Waller, Superman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and more. It only shows Batman’s Batmobile without actually showing the full Bat himself. However, it is implied that his hand is one picking up the gun and aiming it at Harley Quinn.
The game is still slated to come out sometime in 2022 and this trailer did not narrow that down. It’s also still only coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

This will be Rocksteady’s first game since Batman: Arkham Knight, which came out in 2015. Arkham Knight was in line with the other Batman games in being a third-person action game but Suicide Squad is appearing to stretch far beyond that. Rocksteady is calling the game a “genre-defying, action-adventure third-person shooter,” but without any gameplay, it’s hard to tell exactly what that is.
