A new scene from the upcoming extended cut has leaked online, showing a longer scene featuring Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock, also known as Daredevil. In the original film, Cox appears in the home of May and Peter Parker to offer legal aid to Parker after he’s outed as Spider-Man.
In the extended scene, Murdock appears once again in a meeting with Agent Cleary (who has also shown up in the Disney+ series Ms. Marvel) to discuss Parker’s role in the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home. The footage showcases Cox describing Parker as a “law-abiding citizen,” before telling Jon Favreau’s Happy Hogan to stop acting so nervous.
