The Movie Critic Cast Adds Brad Pitt for Final Quentin Tarantino Movie

Brad Pitt is once again reuniting with acclaimed director Quentin Tarantino as the Inglorious Basterds star has joined the cast of The Movie Critic.

According to Deadline, it’s unknown exactly who Pitt will be playing but he might be the titular movie critic that the film revolves around. This will mark the third occasion that Pitt has worked with the Pulp Fiction director. The duo previously worked together on Basterds and Once Upon A Time…In Hollywood, which netted Pitt an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.

The report also states that Sony Pictures will likely be the film’s distributor and that Stacey Sher will serve as a producer. A 2025 release is eyed for what will be Tarantino’s final movie. Details have been scarce on what the film will revolve around, although it is known that it will take place in the 70s in California and “is based on a guy who really lived, but was never really famous, and he used to write movie reviews for a porno rag.”

Quentin Tarantino has directed numerous acclaimed and iconic movies, such as 1994’s Pulp Fiction and 2012’s Django Unchained. He is known to often collaborate with actors like Leonardo DiCaprio, Samuel L. Jackson, Tim Roth, and Zoë Bell.
