A new Touch trailer is out, previewing the upcoming romantic drama movie from Icelandic director Baltasar Kormákur.
The upcoming movie stems from a screenplay written by Kormákur and Ólafur Jóhann Ólafsson, and is based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Ólafsson, which originally released in 2022. The film is produced by Kormákur, and Agnes Johansen, Mike Goodridge
Touch follows the story of a widower’s emotional journey to find love again. It stars Egill Ólafsson, Kōki, Pálmi Kormákur, Masahiro Motoki, Yoko Narahashi, Meg Kubota, Tatsuya Tagawa, Charles Nishikawa, Sigurður Ingvarsson, Benedikt Erlingsson, Kieran Buckeridge, Ruth Sheen, María Ellingsen, and Masatoshi Nakamura.

What is Touch about?
“A romantic and thrilling story that spans several decades and continents; Touch follows one widower’s emotional journey to find his first love who disappeared 50 years ago, before his time runs out,” reads the film’s official synopsis.
Touch is set to premiere on July 12, 2024, where it will have a limited theatrical release.
