Dominik Mysterio has emerged as one of WWE’s most despised heels in recent times, provoking strong boos from fans with his actions. He plays a pivotal role in The Judgment Day faction, comprising Damian Priest, Finn Balor, Rhea Ripley, and JD McDonagh. Together, they have asserted dominance over WWE RAW, establishing themselves as a top faction. Mysterio’s involvement in this formidable group has solidified his reputation as a formidable antagonist within the WWE universe.
In a recent appearance on K100 with Konnan & Disco, Dominik Mysterio discussed his uncertain WrestleMania 40 plans. He expressed that he’s in the dark about WWE’s creative direction for him. He stated, “I have no idea what I’m doing at ‘Mania. I don’t really get a heads up on anything when it comes to creative and stuff. Tell me what to do and I’ll do my best to go out there and make it look as best as possible to the best of my abilities.”
He continued, “I’m not in the position to be politicking. I’m very blessed to be in the position that I’m in, so I’m not going to be poking any bears […] Tell me what to do and I’m here for it. I’m happy. I’m having a blast doing it, especially with the crew that I’m doing it with. I’ve become actual friends with everybody there. So being able to just go out there and have fun and beat the s*** out of people, I’m having a blast.”
Mysterio’s current stance remains uncertain surrounding his WrestleMania 40 involvement. Last year’s WrestleMania saw Mysterio go head-to-head with his father, Rey Mysterio, in a singles match.
Dominik Mysterio could potentially feature in a huge WrestleMania 40 match
Dominik Mysterio’s comments about being unsure of his WrestleMania 40 plans have thrown the wrestling world into a frenzy. But amidst the confusion, a potential answer might be brewing in the form of a huge tag team match involving The Judgment Day and their unlikely allies.
The recent RAW episode saw Judgment Day once again pummel R-Truth, who has been desperately seeking acceptance into the faction. However, this time, R-Truth wasn’t alone. The recently reunited DIY (Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano) came to his rescue, forming a formidable alliance against the dominant Judgment Day.
R-Truth, who has recently reunited with The Miz to form the Awesome Truth team, has received aid from The Miz on many occasions against The Judgement Day. This unexpected turn of events has ignited speculation about a potential four-on-four tag team match at WrestleMania 40.
