Bryan Danielson’s Health Update Before AEW All In

Former WWE star Daniel Bryan, now known as Bryan Danielson, is set to headline AEW All In next month at Wembley Stadium. Danielson has announced that 2024 will be his final year as a full-time wrestler, as he plans to transition to a part-time role.

Following his loss to Will Ospreay at AEW Dynamite, Danielson declared his intention to win the World Championship. Since joining AEW in 2021, he has made multiple attempts to capture the title but has fallen short each time. His most recent challenge for the AEW World Championship came at AEW Revolution last year in March, where he lost to MJF in an Iron Man match.

Following his loss to Will Ospreay in April, Bryan Danielson quickly regained momentum. He triumphed over Hangman Adam Page in the finals of the Owen Hart Tournament. This earned him a shot at Swerve Strickland’s AEW World Championship at Wembley Stadium.

Bryan Danielson’s history of concussions and neck injuries is well known. In a recent interview on AEW’s YouTube channel, Danielson disclosed that AEW’s doctor, Doc Sampson, advised him not to wrestle until All In. Although this initially appeared to be part of a storyline, recent reports indicate it may be a serious and genuine concern.

AEW All In: Bryan Danielson under strict restrictions

A recent report from Fightful Select has shed light on the serious nature of former WWE star Daniel Bryan’s physical condition. While his recent interview suggesting a doctor’s mandate to rest until AEW All In seemed like a potential storyline, it appears to be a factual representation of his health.

According to the report, Danielson has been working under strict medical restrictions imposed by AEW doctors as they prepare him for the main event at Wembley Stadium. Danielson has been dealing with injuries; however, the plan has always been to have him compete in the main event of All In. The promotion has prevented him from participating in some activities originally planned for the lead-up to the match.

Bryan Danielson will face Swerve Strickland next month at All In, taking place at Wembley Stadium on August 25th.
