There haven’t been any Batman games in some time. But according to a now-deleted listing from a French retailer, that may soon change as the Batman: Arkham Collection may soon be coming to the Nintendo Switch.

The bundle on French site WTT, which presumably includes all three of Rocksteady Studios’ Batman titles — Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, and Arkham Knight — was spotted on the site on Monday (via Video Games Chronicle), with a €59.99 price tag. The collection was set to release on August 31, 2022, according to WTT, although it’s unknown if that is simply just a placeholder date or the official release of the product. That is a Wednesday, so that date is probably inaccurate since games rarely come out on that day of the week.
While this doesn’t confirm the existence of a Batman: Arkham Collection coming to Switch, this would not be the first time that WTT has listed an unknown game coming to the console. Previously, WTT listed the Switch port of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt before its official announcement as well. It could also possibly coincide with the Nvidia leak that contained a Batman: Arkham Knight remaster within its long list of titles.
The Batman: Arkham Collection initially launched in 2018 on consoles and PC, and included three of the biggest and most critically acclaimed Batman video games ever released, skipping out on WB Games Montréal’s tepidly received Arkham Origins. Batman: Return to Arkham was also released in 2016 and only contained controversial remasters of the first two Arkham games. This could be news for for players who have only had or just prefer Nintendo consoles as Arkham City was the only Rocksteady Batman game to ever release on a Nintendo platform, launching on the Wii U in 2011.

Since releasing Arkham Knight in 2015, Rocksteady has been quiet, but is currently developing its next superhero title, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, a title that just recently was reported to have been delayed into 2023. WB Games Montréal is currently developing a Batman-adjacent game with Gotham Knights, which is still slated for 2022.
